Caramel Preparation:1. Add one cup of sugar into a pan and add half cup water to it2. Let the sugar boil till it turns brown. Avoid stirring the pan3. Ones the sugar turns brown, add a tbsp water and stir, the whole pan should now turn brown. Your Caramel is ready
Pudding Preparation:1. Add 2 units of Egg into a bowl and stir. Add 1 cup of milk into it and stir again. Ensure there is no bubbles formed2. Add an additional 1 tbsp of custard powder and stir.
Final Preparation:1. Pour the Caramel into a Mug. 2. Using a strainer, pour out the pudding base on top of the caramel in the mug3. Boil the mug in a steamer for 15 mins. 4. Ones the pudding base in the mug is a little hard (boiled), remove the mug and freeze it for an hour
Remove the Mug from the refrigerator and using a small needle, grease out the pudding from the mug. Place a plate upside down on the mug and turn the whole thing around slowly.Gently lift up the mug and your delicious custard caramel pudding is ready
