Paakashala – A unit of Vasudev Adigas
The prominent chain of hotels that cater to the Indian cuisine and a subsidiary of Vasudev Adigas, Paakashala is now open for Delivery
Bakasura had been waiting long to have his favorite Carrot Halwa from Paakashala. So as soon as he got to know this, he decided to head over to Paakashala. As per the government order, we are allowed only for takeaways, and that was more than enough for Bakasura.
A Ride to Paakashala
Since there is lock down in place, Bakasura couldn’t travel to a far off outlet, so he headed out to the nearest Paakashala, the one located in J.P. Nagar 7th Phase. While the ride was fun along the empty roads, the restaurant quite surprised him. He hadn’t expected to see so many people there, waiting in line for takeaways, after all he did realize that there were lots of people like Bakasura.
The Hygiene Package
The hygiene was seen everywhere, they ensured W.H.O standards were in place. Right from the entrance, there was temperature check made and sanitizers were given to every customer. The lines for billing and ordering was well maintained with security ensuring that the customers maintained social distancing. Every single staff were with masks and gloves all the time. This just wasn’t outside at the counter but also inside the kitchen. Even the staff who pack the food were maintaining all the hygiene. We really felt the safety measures that were in place.
Food at Paakashala
Bakasura ordered one starter, one gravy and one dessert. He wanted to anyway make Phulka at home and hence didn’t order any Indian breads.
Baby Corn Manchurian, Veg Kholaphuri and Carrot Halwa was what Bakasura chose to order. The Preparation was excellent. Bakasura could see the cleanliness in the kitchen and how it was made right in front of him.
The Manchurian was amazing. He loves Manchurian when its super crispy, he ensured he told the chef to make it crispy and it turned out to be extra amazing. The Veg Kholapuri too was perfect. The Paneer in it were super soft and marinated well.
To finish this, the Carrot Halwa was the icing on the cake. He used to always have Carrot Halwa from the M.G. Road branch. Hence he ordered the same here and it was amazing as ever.

Paakashala is now serving its ever amazing cuisines and its with all the safety measures. So if you are thinking of having some authentic Indian cuisine then just think of Paakashala today. With branches across Bengaluru, they are sure to serve you well.
