Coco Jumbo – A Jumbo Experience

While most of the locations in and around Infantry road are with great ambience, Coco Jumbo comes in slowly with a good rooftop option too. There aren’t many good roof top cafes in infantry road and this one stands out. The place has huge space where they conduct fitness programs, events and more. With best cheese fingers and other food options, this surely is a must visit. The place doesn’t have alcohol but the food is enough to take you high. With ambience, Food, ever smiling staff and the rooftop, this is a Bakasura Recommended outlet.

Coco Jumbo : Location and Ambience

Located on a roof top on Infantry road, the place is just around a Kilometer from the nearest metro station M.G. Road. While walking is difficult, do try out a bounce from there. Once you reach the place, Coco Jumbo is located on the roof top of Safina Plaza. So get inside Safina Plaze and head over to the 2nd floor. A big Coco Jumbo Signage welcomes you.

The Ambience is good as its Roof top, however the tables are less with a lot of open space. The open space is kept for the intention of events that they host. The events range from fitness programs to workshops. The space is huge for that and can accommodate around 100 people easily.

The tables are simple and are not sofas, the chairs aren’t fancy too but is enough and doesn’t feel its low standards. Its perfect.

The kitchen is open and is at the centre. You can have a sight at Everything that’s cooking. Coco Jumbos rooftop is the best at infrantry road.

Coco Jumbo’s Food

When we come to the food section, Bakasura did have a lot of them. Bakasura was totally tummy satisfied. Well, Bakasura did eat it all but he’;; also take you along. Join us.

The starters:

While the main course was splendid, the starters too were lip smacking good. Bakasura being a vegetarian, had Tomato basil soup, Cottage cheese finger and masala fries.

The tomato basil soup had the perfect blend of tomato and basil. Right amount of the flavour of basil sure did its charm.

The cottage cheese fingers are one of the best cheese fingers in town. The texture of the cheese was perfect with a crisp outer layer. You would drool over it.

Unlike any fat french fries, the Marsala fries here were good with very thin cut crispy fries.

The Main Course:

From Pastas to burgers, bakasura had it all.

Spaghetti aglio olio was perfect in all its terms. The oil was perfect, the spaghetti itself was properly cooked and it tasted so well.

The burger however wasn’t the best in town, there are a lot of other ones which are splendid, however, this wasnt bad. This was just another average burger.

Desserts and Finishers:

There isn’t many dessert option here. All you do get is an ice-cream. Bakasura did have a butterscotch ice-cream.

The best finisher here was the Hot Chocolate. Ever had boost/ Bournvita in your childhood days? well.. it reminded Bakasura of his days. Bakasura had two glasses of Hot Chocolate here and would recommend you all to have the same too.

The Staff:

While everything on food was perfect, a special mention goes straight for the staff and the service. A hassle free quick service is usually hard to find at a lot of places in and around the city. This place sure did keep to its mark with good service. The staff Robin did serve us well

While coco jumbo doesnt serve Indian, doesnt serve much desserts, doesnt have many food options, it stands for what it does have. And the things it does have are so much better. With good food and the best roof top, Coco Jumbo is surely a Bakasura Recommended outlet.
